La maison fondée en 1948 par Roger et Lise Bizet, désormais tenue par leur petite fille Anne Citérin, a su tenir son rang au fil du temps. Véritable institution, l’ établissement tient sa renommée de la qualité et de l’origine de ses viandes mais aussi d’ une équipe de quatre garçons bouchers d’expérience qui vous préparent des morceaux de choix.

Au rayon Charcuterie fine, la boucherie Bizet vous propose ses « must » : foie gras de canard mi-cuit, terrine de ris de veau, boudin blanc truffé…entre autres.
